• The room prices are quoted in euros per night and include service and VAT, excluding local tax (tourist tax).
• Local tax (tourist tax) € 3.50 per person/night.
• Final cleaning: Apartment Wolferl & Nannerl € 40, Aparatment Amadeus € 30. There is no final cleaning for stays of 14 days or more.
• We do not offer breakfast.
• For stays of 1 and 2 nights, the surcharge is € 5 per person per day.
• The following services are available to you free of charge at any time: parking, swimming area in Abersee with parking, WiFi, large garden and children's playground.
• An extra bed for children - please ask!
• Pets are not allowed.

On the day of arrival your room or apartment is ready for occupancy from 14:00.

We ask you to leave your room or apartment on the day of departure no later than 10 am.

• Payment for the room or apartment is possible only in cash or by bank transfer.
• Payment deadline for a deposit: 6 days after booking date.
• If the payment deadline is not met, your booking will be canceled.
• You can pay the balance in cash upon arrival or departure or transfer the amount before or during your stay.
• No refund will be made in case of early departure or late arrival.

• Up to 30 days before the day of arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the booking price.
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
• We apply the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry - AGBH 2006.
